Welcome to Soul, Angel & Spirit. These Program Policies & Disclaimer apply to online programs, workshops, courses, memberships, Zoom sessions, workbooks, educational materials and other guided experiences offered by Soul, Angel & Spirit.

By purchasing, registering for or participating in a program, you acknowledge and agree to the following.

1. Purpose of Our Programs

Soul, Angel & Spirit programs are designed to support personal exploration, spiritual development, intuition, creativity, reflection and personal growth.

Programs may include:

Online or Zoom sessions
Spiritual development programs
Intuitive or channeled guidance
Workshops and group sessions
Workbooks and exercises
Recorded or digital educational content
Membership or subscription-based content
Psychic art or creative exercises
Other related spiritual and personal-development resources

The specific content and structure of each program will be explained on the applicable program page before purchase.

2. Spiritual & Educational Disclaimer

All programs, readings, exercises, discussions, channeled messages and materials provided by Soul, Angel & Spirit are offered for spiritual, educational and personal-development purposes.

They are not intended to replace professional advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Soul, Angel & Spirit does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other regulated professional services.

If you require assistance relating to your physical or mental health, finances, legal circumstances or another professional matter, you should seek guidance from an appropriately qualified professional.

3. No Guaranteed Results

Every person's experience is different.

While our programs are created with care and the intention of supporting meaningful personal and spiritual development, we cannot guarantee a particular outcome, transformation, spiritual experience, result or level of progress.

Participation does not guarantee:

A particular spiritual connection or experience
Psychic or intuitive development
Contact with a particular Angel, Spirit Guide or individual
Specific personal or professional results
Emotional, financial, relationship or health outcomes

Your experience may differ from the experiences of other participants.

4. Personal Responsibility

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and wellbeing throughout your participation.

Any insights, intuitive messages, spiritual guidance, exercises or suggestions provided within a program are offered for your consideration.

You are encouraged to use your own judgement and only participate in exercises or practices that feel appropriate for you.

5. Emotional & Sensitive Topics

Spiritual-development programs may occasionally involve reflection on personal experiences, relationships, grief, emotions or other sensitive subjects.

You are always free to choose how much you wish to share and whether you wish to participate in a particular discussion or exercise.

Soul, Angel & Spirit programs are not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment or crisis support.

If participation raises concerns regarding your mental or physical wellbeing, please contact an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

6. Online & Zoom Sessions

Some programs may take place through Zoom or another online platform.

Participants are responsible for:

Having a suitable internet connection
Having access to an appropriate device
Joining sessions at the correct date and time
Ensuring their microphone, speakers and camera work where required
Providing an appropriate email address for program communications

Soul, Angel & Spirit cannot be responsible for technical difficulties arising from a participant's own device, internet connection or third-party software.

Where a technical problem occurs on our side and materially prevents a scheduled session from taking place, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative arrangement.

7. Attendance

If your program includes scheduled live sessions, you are responsible for attending those sessions.

Please arrive promptly and give as much notice as reasonably possible if you cannot attend.

Missed sessions may not automatically be rescheduled or refunded unless otherwise stated in the individual program description.

Where recordings are provided, access to a recording may be offered instead of a replacement live session.

8. Recordings

Some online programs or group sessions may be recorded.

Where recording is planned, participants will be informed.

If participant voices, images or contributions will appear in a recording made available to others, appropriate notice or consent will be obtained where required.

Please do not independently record, reproduce or distribute sessions without prior permission from Soul, Angel & Spirit and, where relevant, the other participants.

9. Group Confidentiality

Some programs may involve group discussion.

Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others and not share another participant's personal story, experience or information outside the group without that person's permission.

Soul, Angel & Spirit will take reasonable steps to encourage a respectful and confidential environment.

However, because group programs involve other independent participants, absolute confidentiality by every participant cannot be guaranteed.

Please consider this when deciding what personal information you wish to share.

10. Respectful Participation

We want Soul, Angel & Spirit programs to provide a welcoming and supportive environment.

Participants are expected to communicate respectfully with Sally and with other participants.

Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, disruptive or persistently inappropriate behaviour will not be accepted.

Soul, Angel & Spirit reserves the right to remove a participant from a group or program where reasonably necessary to protect Sally, other participants or the integrity of the program.

Any refund in these circumstances will be considered in accordance with applicable consumer law and the circumstances involved.

11. Program Materials & Copyright

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all program materials remain the intellectual property of Soul, Angel & Spirit.

This includes:

Workbooks
Exercises
Written materials
Videos
Audio recordings
Presentations
Downloads
Artwork
Program structures
Teaching materials
Members-only content

Purchasing access to a program gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the materials for your own private use.

Program materials may not be copied, reproduced, resold, uploaded publicly, commercially distributed or used to create another course or program without prior written permission.

12. Sharing Access

Program, course or membership access is intended for the person who purchased or registered for it unless otherwise stated.

Please do not share private login credentials, paid downloads, recordings, Zoom links or members-only resources with other individuals.

13. Payments

Program prices will be clearly displayed before purchase.

Payment may be required either:

In full before participation begins; or
Through an agreed payment or subscription arrangement.

Where instalments or recurring payments are offered, the specific payment terms will be provided before you purchase.

Failure to make an agreed payment may result in access being paused or withdrawn, subject to applicable consumer law.

14. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the type of program purchased and will be communicated where appropriate before purchase.

For digital materials, programs that begin immediately, live services and other online purchases, your cancellation rights may depend upon whether delivery or performance has already begun and whether you requested that access begin immediately.

For memberships or recurring programs, any specific cancellation process and billing terms will be displayed at the time you subscribe.

Where a participant is legally entitled to cancel, receive a refund or receive another remedy, nothing in this policy removes those rights.

15. Program Changes

Occasionally it may be necessary to make reasonable changes to:

Session dates or times
Program content
Delivery format
Supporting resources
Guest contributors
Online platforms

Where a significant change affects a purchased program, participants will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.

16. Cancellation by Soul, Angel & Spirit

In rare circumstances, a session or program may need to be postponed or cancelled because of illness, technical problems, insufficient attendance or another circumstance outside reasonable control.

Where possible, an alternative date or suitable replacement will be offered.

Where a program cannot reasonably be provided, any refund or alternative remedy due will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

17. Testimonials

From time to time, participants may voluntarily provide feedback or testimonials.

A testimonial will not be publicly attributed to you using personally identifying information without appropriate permission.

Testimonials represent individual experiences and should not be understood as a guarantee that another participant will achieve the same result.

18. Age Requirement

Unless a particular program expressly states otherwise, Soul, Angel & Spirit programs are intended for adults aged 18 and over.

Participation by anyone under 18 should only take place where specifically agreed and with appropriate parental or guardian involvement and consent.

19. Third-Party Platforms

Programs may use external services such as Zoom, email providers, payment processors or other online platforms.

Use of those platforms may also be subject to the provider's own terms and privacy policies.

Soul, Angel & Spirit is not responsible for temporary outages, changes or technical failures relating to third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.

20. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul, Angel & Spirit is not responsible for losses resulting solely from a participant's personal interpretation of or reliance upon spiritual guidance, intuitive information or educational program content.

You remain responsible for decisions you make following participation in a program.

22. Agreement

By registering for, purchasing or participating in a Soul, Angel & Spirit program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Program Policies & Disclaimer and agree to participate subject to them.

Nothing within this policy is intended to restrict any statutory consumer rights that apply to you.
