Welcome to Soul, Angel & Spirit. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to purchases of artwork, readings, channeled messages and other services offered by Soul, Angel & Spirit.

By placing an order or purchasing a service through this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Soul, Angel & Spirit
Soul, Angel & Spirit offers personalised spiritual artwork, Angel and Spirit Guide sketches and portraits, intuitive and channeled messages, and related spiritual services.

Services and digitally delivered artwork are available to clients worldwide.
Physical delivery of original artwork is currently available within the United Kingdom. International customers may contact Soul, Angel & Spirit to enquire about possible shipping options and associated costs.

2. Spiritual & Intuitive Services
All readings, channeled messages, psychic artwork and other spiritual services provided by Soul, Angel & Spirit are intended for personal reflection, inspiration and spiritual guidance.

These services are subjective and individual experiences. No particular result, outcome, connection, message or experience can be guaranteed.
The interpretation and use of any information provided during a reading or through a piece of artwork remains entirely your personal choice and responsibility.

Soul, Angel & Spirit does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice. You should consult an appropriately qualified professional regarding matters requiring professional advice.

3. Artwork
Artwork is individually created and may include:

• Angel or Spirit Guide sketches

• Angel or Spirit Guide sketches with channeled messages

• Angel or Spirit Guide portraits with in-depth channeled messages

• Angel or Spirit Guide and Me portraits

• Colour artwork where selected
   

Because each piece is created intuitively and individually, the final artwork may vary from examples displayed on the website.

Examples are provided to demonstrate Sally's artistic style and the general difference between sketches and portraits rather than to guarantee an identical result.

4. Digital Artwork Delivery
Unless otherwise stated, completed artwork is scanned and supplied electronically as a high-quality digital copy.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address when ordering.

Delivery timeframes shown on the website are estimates unless a specific completion date has been expressly agreed.

5. Original Artwork
Where available, customers may choose to purchase their original A4 artwork for the additional price displayed at the time of ordering.

The additional charge includes protective packaging and UK postage unless otherwise stated.

Original artwork is currently shipped within the United Kingdom.

For international shipping, please contact Soul, Angel & Spirit before ordering the physical original so that availability and shipping costs can be confirmed.

6. Shipping
Soul, Angel & Spirit will take reasonable care when preparing original artwork for delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address supplied is complete and accurate.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed, as postal or courier delays can occur outside the control of Soul, Angel & Spirit.

If an order appears to have been lost or damaged during delivery, please make contact as soon as reasonably possible so the matter can be investigated.

7. Readings & Channeled Messages
Soul, Angel & Spirit currently offers services including Mini and In-Depth Channeled Messages, together with other reading options that may be introduced or updated from time to time.

The exact format, price and description of each service will be displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

Readings and channeled messages may be delivered electronically and are available to customers worldwide unless otherwise stated.

8. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
Where VAT applies and the website states that prices include VAT, the displayed price will include VAT.

Any additional charges, including optional colour upgrades, original artwork, packaging or shipping, will be displayed or agreed before payment is taken.
Full payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Cancellations
Please contact Soul, Angel & Spirit as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

Your cancellation rights will depend on the type of product or service purchased, whether work has already begun, and applicable consumer law.
Because much of the artwork offered by Soul, Angel & Spirit is created specifically and personally for an individual customer, cancellation rights may be limited once personalised work has begun.

For readings, channeled messages or other services, if you request that the service begins during any applicable cancellation period, you acknowledge that your cancellation rights may be affected once the service has begun or has been fully performed.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes any statutory consumer rights that you are legally entitled to.

10. Refunds
If you believe there is a problem with an order or service, please contact Soul, Angel & Spirit so that the matter can be reviewed individually.

Refunds are not normally available simply because:

• you do not recognise the person or presence depicted in intuitive artwork;

• a reading or message does not contain the information you expected;

• you disagree with or do not personally connect with an intuitive interpretation;

• you change your mind after personalised artwork has been created or the purchased service has been completed.
   

This does not affect your statutory rights where a product or service is faulty, not provided as described, or where you otherwise have a legal right to a refund or other remedy.

11. Changes to an Order
If you need to change information relating to an order, please contact Soul, Angel & Spirit as soon as possible.

Once personalised artwork has begun, it may not be possible to substantially alter the request.

Any additional work requested outside the original order may be subject to an additional charge, which will be agreed before that work is undertaken.

12. Accuracy of Information
When ordering personalised services, you are responsible for providing accurate contact details and any information specifically requested to complete your order.

Soul, Angel & Spirit cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, all artwork, written content, photographs, designs, branding and other materials created by or displayed on behalf of Soul, Angel & Spirit remain protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

Purchasing an original or digital artwork does not automatically transfer copyright ownership.

Artwork purchased from Soul, Angel & Spirit is intended for the customer's personal use.

You may display your purchased artwork personally and share images of it for normal personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, sell, commercially distribute, modify for commercial purposes or use Soul, Angel & Spirit artwork or website content commercially without prior written permission.

14. Website Content
Soul, Angel & Spirit aims to ensure that information displayed on this website is accurate and current.
Services, prices, descriptions and availability may occasionally be updated or changed.

If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, Soul, Angel & Spirit reserves the right to correct the error and will contact affected customers where necessary.

15. Privacy
Personal information provided when contacting Soul, Angel & Spirit or placing an order will be handled in accordance with the website's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.

Information provided for a private reading, channeled message or personalised artwork request will be treated respectfully and used for the purpose of providing the requested service.

16. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Soul, Angel & Spirit will not be responsible for indirect losses arising from a customer's personal interpretation of, reliance upon or decisions made following spiritual guidance, readings, channeled messages or intuitive artwork.

Customers remain responsible for their own choices, decisions and actions.

17. Circumstances Outside Our Control
Soul, Angel & Spirit will not be responsible for reasonable delays caused by circumstances outside its control, including postal disruption, illness, technical problems, internet outages or other unforeseen events.
If a significant delay affects your order, reasonable efforts will be made to keep you informed.

18. International Customers
Soul, Angel & Spirit welcomes customers from around the world for services that can be provided digitally.

Customers outside the UK are responsible for ensuring that purchasing or receiving the services offered is permitted in their location.
Where international delivery of original artwork is agreed, additional postage, customs charges, taxes or import fees may apply. Any charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions is intended to restrict or remove any rights that you have under applicable consumer protection law.
